customer Bush Australia PTY Ltd will not collect any personal information about
such individuals except when provided by such individuals. Bush Australia PTY Ltd,
does not collect and process Data except when specifically, voluntarily and knowingly
provided by you.
Personal Account Information Your name, delivery address, telephone number, email
address, credit card details and special delivery instructions help Bush Australia
PTY Ltd, to deliver your order on time to the correct location. We confirm by email
the items in your order, the scheduled delivery window you've selected, and the
delivery address. A Customer Service Representative may contact you by telephone
to resolve any questions we might have about your order.
You reserve the right to choose if your credit card numbers are stored on our Secure

Terms & Condition of Warranty
Subject to the under mentioned conditions and exemptions Bush Australia Pty Ltd.
warrants this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the
specified warranty period as stated below from the date of its original purchase.
The benefits given in this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies,
which the purchaser has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory
laws.
LCD televisions now come with a three (3) year warranty (some exclusions apply)
subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. All other products and equipment
come with a one-year warranty subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Bush Australia Pty Ltd. will, at its option either repair or replace free of charge
any part which is at its sole absolute discretion determined to be defective as
a result only of faulty material or workmanship in manufacture.
Warranty
Bush Australia Pty Ltd have appointed United Electrical as service and repair agent.
Products covered under the United Electrical service plan will be clearly indicated
by the addition of the Helpline number below. This Helpline number will be on the
gift box, the instruction book and the back of the product. Any product not marked
with the Helpline may need to be returned directly to the place of purchase. If
you are unsure, please contact the below number.
Hours of Service
Standard service will be provided from 8.30am till 6.30pm Monday to Friday Eastern
Standard Time and excludes public holidays.
Standard Response Times
For on-site service, United will provide a technician on-site, or where applicable
arrange a courier pick up, normally within 8 business hours (Monday – Friday
only) of a call being logged at our call centre. United Electrical will turn around
warranty jobs within 7 working days of receipt either on site or at a United Electrical
authorised service centre. Standard response times do not include shipping times.
Coverage
Coverage will be for a period of 12 months from the date
of end user purchase. End user must provide proof of receipt of goods to validate
the warranty period.
Dead on Arrival
The first 10 days of the Customer Care Program is classed as the DOA (Dead On Arrival)
period. United Electrical will co-ordinate calls under DOA and will advise you to
return goods to Bush Australia Pty Ltd by contacting our sales line on 02 9714 3434.
You will need to obtain an RA number and organise the return of the good(s) for
exchange. A refund will only be offered if a replacement product is not available.

What is Covered by this Agreement
Only products with the 1800 helpline number printed on the Gift box, instruction
book and/or the unit are covered by this agreement. All other products precede this
agreement and will be co-ordinated by United Electrical but will need to be returned
to the place of purchase.

Definition of Service
Onsite Repair
• An Authorised Service Agent (“ASA”) will attend to the faulty
product onsite and attempt to repair the product onsite
• Where an onsite repair is not practical, the ASA may need to take the product
back to the workshop to continue diagnostics and repairs. Once repaired, the product
will be returned back to the customer
Onsite Extraction & Delivery
• Up to 2 service agents (dependant on product and instalment) will attend
onsite to uninstall and/or unmount the faulty product for delivery to a repair centre
• Once repaired the agent(s) will return the product back to reinstall and/or
mount as per the original location
• Extraction and re-installation is limited only to original manufacturer supplied
or purchased mounts & stands
Onsite Pickup & Delivery
• A courier or ASA will pickup the faulty product from the customer and deliver
to the service centre
• Once repaired a courier or ASA will return the product from the service centre
to the original location of pickup
HotSwap
• Goods are inspected at United repair facility
• Faulty Goods are replaced “like for like”
• Limit of replacement to equivalent model or Dollar($) value of original goods
RTB Extraction
• Client brings vehicle to United authorised service centre
• Client’s car audio equipment is extracted for repair
• Upon repair, client’s audio equipment is re-installed
Warranty does NOT cover
- Any damage, malfunction or failure which in the opinion of Bush Australia PTY Ltd.
may have resulted from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation,
maladjustment, use on incorrect voltage, fluctuations in electric current, outside
interference, thunderstorm activity, failure to observe or failure to carry out
manufacturer’s recommendations or tampering by unauthorised persons.
- Any product which in the opinion of Bush Australia Pty Ltd. has been used for other
than normal domestic purposes.
